Nvidia Corp uses most of the CoWoS packaging capacity built by contract chipmaker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (<\/strong><strong>\u53f0\u7a4d\u96fb<\/strong><strong>) to build its AI chips.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>A test handler automates semiconductor device handling, testing, and sorting.
