It has also introduced silicon carbide power devices designed to improve efficiency, withstand higher voltages, and reduce energy loss in electric vehicles.\nTo support the rapid growth of AI servers, Panjit is developing high-performance MOSFETs and advanced packaging technologies to improve power delivery, thermal management, and system reliability.
