A Taiwanese delegation of semiconductor experts visited Oman to explore collaboration opportunities, according to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Oman.
During their six-day trip starting Dec. 15, they met with Omani officials to discuss cooperation in semiconductors and AI and visited several universities. The group included professors from Minghsin University and representatives from companies such as ULVAC Taiwan and eMemory Technology.
Meanwhile, 22 Omani students attended semiconductor training in Taiwan, reflecting Taiwan’s key role in global semiconductor innovation.
