Giant Group highlighted its ESG efforts at Eurobike 2024 with the debut of the pre-ar carbon push bike, the company’s first complete bike using recycled long carbon fiber technology.
Weighing around 2.4kg, the concept bike is a breakthrough in sustainable manufacturing, achieving near UD-PP carbon fiber material properties at a lower cost and with reduced carbon emissions.
Tested to meet kids/youth bicycle standards, the model is set to enter mass production by year’s end, with a commercial release targeted for the 2024 holiday season.
