A team from National Taiwan University (NTU) and National Tsing Hua University has developed a groundbreaking AI-powered 4D microscope, enabling ultra-high-speed, high-resolution brain imaging.
The microscope captures images thousands of times faster than traditional devices, providing real-time insights into how neurons communicate. AI enhances image clarity by up to 10 times, overcoming speed, resolution, and range limitations.
The researchers, supported by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), emphasized its potential to advance brain science and unlock mysteries of brain function, with implications for AI development.
