Acer Group subsidiary Mobile Power System (MPS) introduced its new 90 Nm mid-motor for cargo bikes and mountain bikes at the Taipei Cycle Show.
Founded in 2015, AcerMPS specializes in integrating in-house designed battery packs, controllers, HMI, motors, sensors, and IoT technology into seamless e-bike systems.
President Bryan Yeh highlighted the company’s focus on optimizing performance for a smooth riding experience. The new motor, nearly production-ready, will ship this year.
AcerMPS leverages Acer’s European and US service centers to support its global export market, which includes lithium-ion battery solutions with intelligent Battery Management Systems (BMS) for added capacity in cargo bikes.
